I am an Austin Realtor and have sold two Clark Wilson Builder properties now in Star Ranch. I did the walkthrough of the property last week and was amazed at the small amount of "blue tape" needed for that walkthrough of such a large house! This was, by far, the best builder walkthrough I have done in the last 7 years. Additionally the onsite sales agent, Sandy Beene, is outstanding, very communicative, highly responsive, professional and a great advocate for Clark Wilson Builder. I highly recommend them!

I recently moved in to my new Clark Wilson home in Star Ranch. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move to Hutto and especially into my new Clark Wilson home. My entire Clark Wilson experience has made me feel like I won "New Home Lottery". Working with Sandy has been very easy and she is extremely knowledgeable.
