I had my first service today since the switch over from S.O.S. to Green Leaf HVAC. The technician, Mark Walding was extremely knowledgeable, and his customer service was exceptional! He notified the office of the part that was needed to be replaced before he left our property and within 15 minutes I received a call from the office letting me that they had the part and could install it the next day! Needless to say, we are extremely happy with this exceptional service and highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services.
Highly recommend Green Leaf AC Heating and Plumbing. I found out this morning that a very close family friend that is struggling with health problems has not had a functional AC unit for the last 2-3 weeks. I reached out to Darwin Tanksley and he mobilized his team to assess the situation. Bad news is that they need a new system - good news is that it will be installed on Friday (a little over a day after it was inspected). I wont go into all of the details, but what Darwin and his team did for this family shows what a great company this is and how much they care about people.
