They were quite responsive to get the job. However, Once the job was “complete” the husband and wife team were difficult to get in touch with. I wanted a cover to be placed on top of my pergola. I noticed several areas that leaked water all over our couch when it rained. Heavy or light rain. When they finally made time a week later to come out they did a quick tape job that not only did nothing to stop leaks but looks cheap and ugly. I tried calling them back out once more to fix the leaks but they were no where to be found and did not respond to any of my messages. I would not recommend their services to anyone. $700 spent for new problems.Service: Patio construction

BEWARE!!!! This is a very shady couple. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I hired them to demo somethings around my project. I made the mistake of letting them borrow a couple tools to help them work more efficiently and quicker. They ended up stealing them and trying to hold them for ransom. They claimed the truck was towed which had the tools in it and eventually blocked my number. It’s contractors like this that put a bad reputation on the industry. I tried including the text to get the point across. Have yet to hear back from them.Service: Remodeling

Needed drywall/sheetrock repair work done. So We hired ANR Handyman Services in Hutto, Tx to do this work. We agreed on the price, they requested $457.58 as a downpayment. Using the cash app monies were sent and they agreed to start the work at 10:00a the next day. We received a text around 12:17p from Mariah with ANR Handyman Services that they were running late. We waited the entire day but no show, nor did they call. When I called Mariah to check on status (this was around 3:15-3:30p that day), she stated they were having issues (personal) but should be here today (Wednesday). They can work as long as we let them just needed to finish up at the school. 4p, still no show. So I texted Mariah and told them that it was late and we need to postpone the start of the work for the next day. They stated they can come over after they went to court for a speeding ticket. I texted asking what time could we expect to see them and she replied around 11a. That was a bit too late because we're not a day and a half later than the originally agreed upon start date and time. I cancel their service. Unfortunately we've gone back and forth on the refund but they have stopped responding AND have blocked my number. So no contact. Started off nice enough but this company has been deceptive! I will definitely never recommend this company to anyone unless they want to get ripped off.
