I am a new customer, this being my second time after doing a manicure of dipping powder that I was very pleased with. It's not easy finding a good nail tech. Lee, did a great job on my toes and was amazing. I like the way she took her time and was meticulous. It's the best anyone has ever done my toes. She removed all ingrown nails on the edges that I didn't know I had until I saw them. I like the way they help each other even when your tech is still busy with another client. Great job Lee. Keep it up.

I usually have a really good experience here, but my last nail tech almost made me lose a nail by clipping it straight down the middle, never have I ever seen or had someone do that. I came home and had to remove the polish and cut the nail way short to avoid it getting caught in clothes etc., since she left it cracked and covered it with nail polish. She also did a really bad job with the removal, I still have dip on my nails after paying for the removal. She also didn't believe me when I told her I didn't have a tip on my nail and that it was my real nail. She clipped them short without asking me, and later on realized it WAS my real nail. Tony is the best! I have been going to Gigi’s for a few years now and Tony is my go to guy. He has always done an amazing job on my nails. He knows exactly what I want and never fails to leave me happy with the end result. He’s very professional and makes sure to give you his best service.
