Ryan was an excellent home inspector! He was able to schedule our inspection quickly to accommodate our option period, and I really appreciated his thoroughness throughout the process. He even provided a helpful “Top 5” list that broke down the findings into “address now/soon” and “good to know” items, which made everything easy to understand and prioritize. Highly recommend TruVision for home inspections! They are very quick and responsive for scheduling and providing the inspection report. Ryan was very thorough with his inspection and did a really great job explaining all the findings in a way that anyone could understand. If you’re purchasing a house these are the guys you want to ensure you know EXACTLY what you’re purchasing.
Don’t hire another inspector. I’ve worked with a lot of bad ones that missed things. Ryan DID NOT.he really impressed me. Spent nearly 3 hours at the property and bluetaped all the blemishes the builder needed to fix. Inspectors don’t do that! That’s above and beyond. His report was beyond thorough and he found things that other inspectors would have missed. Big issues but ones that were hard to find. Plus he’s a funny guy. I’d hang out with him but when he’s in inspection mode-all business, thermal scans the whole 9. I’m beyond impressed and going to have him re-inspect the repairs.
