Great service, even when I needed help with a hoist I purchased online. I ordered a hoist with the wrong I-beam width. The company I ordered it from told me there was no way to ship it back and have it re-set up for a smaller width, even at my expense. They told me I needed to buy another hoist from them. The manufacturer recommended I call Delta. Larry Oster called me right back and told me they could ship it to the manufacturer for me and I could have it back in 3 weeks. I should have done business with Delta in the fist place. I won't make that mistake again.
Great customer service! Take care of us Every time! Why doesn't this place have more stars? I don't know but def got my high rating. If you're in the construction field, this is the place for all your rigging & tools!
