I brought my son here based on the good reviews and seeing another brown face in the photos. Well it was a bust, and a waste of ride share money coming from DFW.

The hours for today (Thursday), per Google, 10 AM - 8 PM. I called for half an hour and got no answer. The phone rang to VM which is not set up, before 10 then after that, no ring; just went straight to VM. By the time we arrived, no one was there. Doors locked, lights out.

Disappointed in the inaccurate information. I wish we would have been able to actually get the highly rated service from here.

Mark and KB know what they are doing here. Incredible haircut, great attention to detail and the customer service was amazing. You need to check this place out.Services: Haircut

Poor customer service. Took my son for a haircut and they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. All acted like they didn't want to cut his hair. He's 5. so we left. Definitely won't b going back there!
