I rented a scissor lift from United Rentals. Matt was amazing and so was Sylvester (I hope I have his name correct). Both went out of their way to get me what I needed to get the job done ... to include taking the first rental back because it wasn't tall enough (which was totally my fault) and bringing back the one I needed. They delivered and picked up the equipment. The customer service is the best I have experienced! Both were very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to both gentlemen!
