Ms. Tonya is the best! I brought in my 'crazed' glasses and she went above and beyond to help me. By far she's the best optician I've ever done business with. Her professionalism, knowledge and customer service should be rewarded, give that young lady a raise!!!
My first time here and I had a great experience; for everyone was very friendly and professional. I most definitely will be back and will have my wife start coming to Avery Eye Clinic here in Huntsville Texas.My second time here in Huntsville was horrible, and I will never be back. Had to wait over an hour and sit in the waiting room even thou I had a scheduled appointment, a 15 minute exam took 2+ hours, never did buy or even look at glasses for I personally had other things to do. Apparently there time is more important then my time, so I’ll never will be back. I even completed a survey explaining my horrible experience and never received a call back from Avery.
Everyone is always cheerful and helpful. Doctor's take time to listen, explain procedures, and answer any questions you may have. Always clean and inviting. Usually not very long to be seen.
