WM - Atascocita Landfill provides comprehensive waste disposal services. Many customers report outstanding and dependable service, with reliable pickups for both residential and business needs. Employees at the facility are noted as being very helpful. The service schedule is appreciated, with some residential areas receiving collection twice weekly. For businesses, dumpsters are consistently returned to their proper location without leftover trash. While some complaints regarding price are noted, other customers feel the service justifies the cost, especially compared to other regions. A significant billing issue is reported where fees were collected for a future period despite an impending service cancellation. Waste Management offers good service, the best price in the market, and the containers' condition is great. The staff does an excellent job, respects private property, and leaves no mess when picking up the trash. They pick up on time without problem.
Called to find out pricing since I couldn't find any info on the website. Staff was friendly and helpful. As of November 2023, trash drop off (load it and bring it there yourself) has a $152 minimum charge that covers the first 5 yards of material. Beyond that is based on weight.
I see a lot of complaints, mostly for the same thing; Price. I've recently moved here from San Antonio. If you want to get over charged for disposal fees, try living there. Also, since I moved here, they've never failed to pick up serious amounts of stuff. After moving, I'm sure you'll understand that there are huge amounts of boxes and other cardboard. In San Antonio, they won't pick it up unless it fits in one, single trash can that they provide you. It's small and they only come out once a week. Here it is 2 times a week and I am VERY thankful.
