I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS BUISNESS! This company Manipulates the G algorithm to alter the reviews for their business! Horrible Experience! Find another salon! Did not complete my daughters Micro locs and offered a refund but did not issue one to me! BEWARE, FIND ANOTHER SALON, RUN FAST! If I could give zero stars I would I should’ve read the reviews before I patronize this location. I came to who’s next now specifically for micro locs. I brought my six-year-old daughter to be serviced by Ziggy (Ashley) her scam of a business is called lavish locks. I paid my $50 deposit, And she was supposed to start the first half of my child services on Friday, August 19, 2022 but backed out for some reason which I understood(First Red flag). The second half was supposed to be done on Saturday night August 20, 2022. Now this pushes us back to Saturday and Sunday night because this was a two part service and she cancelled on Friday. Saturday night went as planned, she finished the back half of my daughter‘s hair in four hours and on Sunday night she starts the front of my child’s hair which my mom took my daughter that night. I was heading off to bed but I decided to pay my balance IN FULL before I went to sleep even though she had not finished. I woke up to find out that she put my mother and my six-year-old daughter out on the street at 11:00 PM turned the alarm on lock the doors and leaves for a so-called emergency saying that she would be back in 15 minutes. My daughter was crying adamant about not leaving because she wanted her hair finished. They waited for an hour and a half for her to return and she did not. (Good thing I’m a super mom I finished it myself) THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS! She also stated that she would give me a refund because of the inconvenience, and that was a lie! No call, no text, no refund, no nothing! JESUS IS STILL GONNA GET YOUUUUUUUUUU!
