West Lake Dental is a highly regarded dental practice with a knowledgeable dentist, Dr. Kam, and a friendly, professional staff. Patients report leaving their appointments with no pain and feeling satisfied with the thorough examinations and recommendations provided. The practice has undergone a positive change since the previous owner, Dr. Burnett, sold it, and patients are willing to give it a try.
Really like the new dentist and staff. Dr. Burnett sold the practice to Dr. Kam and he’s very knowledgeable, answered my questions, the staff are awesome. I was not returning to Dr Burnett but when I heard she sold out I was willing to give them a try. So far all is great.
Update to previous review on 7 March-Upon seeing the Dentist, it turned into a nice professional visit and she was thorough in looking at my teeth and providing the proper recommendations to fix my issues. I only gave the 3 stars because of the administration/front desk portion during Check-in. Other than that, the Dentist seems to be pretty good. I even scheduled another visit with her.
Welcoming and amazing staff! Always a pleasure going in there. They always address my concerns involving my teeth! If I could put 10 stars I would! I’ve been going here for two years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
