I had the pleasure of meeting Gerber B., an Optician at thisWalmart Vision Center. I was simply making a small purchase but received
a hearty and warm welcome and excellent customer service. It is sad to say, but it is very rare, to be greeted in a friendly manner by many store associates in this day and time. Gerber was not just attentive, he was knowledgeable as well. I actually bought another product in addition to what I was already intending to purchase, because of his excellent customer service! Way to go Gerber!

Sharneecia was so great, came in with my sons broken glasses and she fulfilled the warranty policy after me being previously told at a different Walmart vision that the warranty is managers discretion and they could not replace anything but a screw which did no help. So happy thanks sharneecia!
Sharneesha was wonderful! She helped me pick out a frame for my face (I didn’t want to stray from my usual wide black one!). She was polite & professional, a definite pleasure!
