They always do a great job with my clothes. I'm always greeted with a smile, they are professional, prices are fair and they have always been clear about the price or what I will pay upfront. Mr. Huang the owner is so sweet and honest. My jumpsuit got ruined ( not even his fault) when he followed the instructions for cold wash. The black bled on the trim over the entire jumpsuit and turned the cream trim purple. The dye used to manufacture the jumpsuit was garbage!! But he reimbursed me for the jumpsuit and was so sweet to me. He called and reached out to me and apologized. Such a stand up guy and a sweetheart. Mr Huy & the staff have always given me great service. I have last minute request and have always been satisfied with my clothes. I followed the business from Wilson Rd to N Sam Houston Pkwy, and after 14 years I still recommend Summer Creek as the best. Thank you!!!
I’ve been a customer with the owner and his family since way back when they were on Veterans Memorial and Green Road. They moved out here to Summerwood. It’s been 22 years. I’ve been doing business with this cleaner, and family and now my kids have grown up and they are also doing business with them too, great service always I have never been with a company so long and been satisfied throughout the whole time.
