HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I walked in and there were 8 people ahead of me. The owner Sony looked at me and no one greeted me as a customer. I was quiet and patient and waited like all the other customers for about 45 mins waiting on Sony who does a great job on brows. However, once she got to me as the last customer she said the other person will take care of you I'm going on lunch. Her customer service is the absolute WORST and I never write reviews but this had to be told to others. Please boycott this place! Customers are the reason you can run a business and I've NEVER in my life been treated that way. Especially the fact that I drive from the Woodlands to go to this place. I went down the street and received the BEST service at Lili Eyebrow threading and paid her double just because she was kind and really cared. NEVER give people your money who aren't worthy of providing you the best possible service.
