I bought an ACiQ Next Gen Ducted Heat Pump System with the ability to communicate between a variable speed condenser, multispeed air handler with a comunicating smart themostat.Alfredo was able to install all the above complex system and make it function. This company was recommended by the equipment manufacturer to do my install. Therefore meeting the manufacturers installatiin warranty requirement. Additionally, they provide preventive maintenance to meet manufacturers multi year warranty.They were reasonable in cost.

First, I called SHC on a Sunday night, expecting to have to leave a message. They answered the phone and scheduled me for first thing the next morning. Alfredo diagnosed the problem in about 3.5 minutes! I had had two different companies look at my system and neither identified the problem, but one of them was quick to offer me a new system for $15k. SHC is professional and they know HVAC!
