I wouldn't complain had this been my first experience of basically the same behavior by employees. I actually feel it's the managers responsibilities these incidents occurred. The first time in I was being helped by someone who was being very helpful & then all the sudden she disappeared & when I asked about where they went they were indifferent towards me. It's been several months since that visit & a very nice woman was helping me & in the middle of the conversation she was told, via her headphones, that she had to go to lunch. I see where there priorities lie. Again, I think it's the management's responsibility to allow their employees to help finish their shopping. It truly left a bad taste in my mouth. I really do prefer Ulta but Sephora was more convenient at the time. Here's to hoping management reading reviews & hopefully making some changes.
I went to pick up perfume but as you can see, I bought all these little goodies below. I spent over $100 but ended up getting a $10 off due to having points and one of the items was a free sample for foundation. I really like this place but it seems I can get more when I shop online versus in store so I'll try online next time.
I was very well received. I knew exactly what I wanted but although they didn’t have what I wanted, I still bought it online. But the customer service was 100%. The store was big, and very clean I would definitely go back. They were very helpful.
