My experience was excellent thanks to Beatriz. From the first moment she was very kind and attentive, she listened to what I was looking for and recommended perfect products for my skin. It shows that he knows the brands very well and knows how to advise according to the needs of each person. In addition, he had a lot of patience explaining to me how to apply each product. Thanks to her, my purchase was a personalized and very pleasant experience. I will definitely look for her again on my next visit.
I came in looking for new foundation recs and had the pleasure of being assisted by Holly. She listened attentively to what I was looking for and gave me fantastic recommendations. She also patiently worked with me to color match to my skin all her recommendations and even talked me into buying a color corrector and concealer. She was respectful and professional throughout and honestly I’ll be looking for her specifically the next time I step into this Sephora location. It is refreshing these days to get customer service at this caliber and I hope she is recognized for her excellent work.
Very helpful employees. I was in and out in about 5 minutes with exactly what I wanted because of the very nice lady who showed me a few options and found me the perfect match to what I wanted just about instantly, so clearly the product knowledge is high. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name, but it was a taller African American woman with short hair and was wearing purple-ish lipstick. She listened to what I was looking for and the first option she brought me was the one. She showed me a couple other options, but her first pick was legitimately the exact product/color/necessities I was looking for in the lipstick she pointed out to me initially.
