About Nail Spa One
Nail Spa One is a popular nail salon known for its attentive service and skilled technicians. Customers praise the salon's ability to accommodate requests promptly and deliver high-quality manicure and pedicure services. The staff is described as caring, with one technician, Cindy, even complimenting a customer's feet. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the salon's pricing transparency, as they were charged more than the listed menu prices without proper explanation. Despite this, the overall experience at Nail Spa One is reported to be positive, with one customer stating that it is their "one stop shop for spa needs" and another describing the service and hospitality as "impeccable."
This was my first time coming here and it met all my expectations. My nail tech was ms Cindy and hunnyyyyyyyyyyy she’s by far the best nail tech I ever met. She was patient sweet and meticulous about her craft. She was professional and took very good care of my hands and nails. She’s the best 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯❤️ I’ll definitely be back.
Staff need to wear gloves while performing certain service, not blow on wax to cool it off, and clean tables between clients. Other than that hair was removed completely to my liking.
I was happy that Nail Spa One could take me at the time that I requested. The service was very good. Both nail technicians were careful to do a great job with the manicure and pedicure services. Unfortunately, I have decided to not patronize the business again due to the deceptive manner of the team. The price that I was eventually charged for a manicure with shellac/pedicure was about $8 over the printed menu price. $8 is not a large amount in the grand scheme of things; however, the deception is extremely bothersome. I was later told that the technician provided higher level (including parrafin, etc.) manicure service to me. I was offered an apology for the technician's failure to clarify the type of manicure that I wanted. I will not leave a service oriented business without tipping, but I have no intentions of patronizing a business that I recognize as being intentionally deceptive.
