I have been driving over 30 years and this was hands down the BEST tow truck driver I have ever had. He was extremely patient, careful with my BMW, professional, and had outstanding customer service from start to finish. You could tell he truly cared about doing the job right and treating my vehicle with respect. In a stressful situation, he made the entire experience so much easier. Today I called AAA for a tow. Rob Robinson from Golden line Towing came. He went well above and beyond in towing the car. He first made sure we were alright and out of traffic. He then looked at car which was blocking the street. He told us what he was going to do and how. Still being very professional and caring. Even though the tow was challenging he continued to smile and be very polite. Great job Rob, Goldline is very lucky to have you. Very knowledgeable. Thank you Rob!

I ran over an object in the road that ultimately flatten 3 of my tires and left me stranded on New Year’s Eve. I called AAA and they sent Golden Line to tow me.

I was desperately trying to get my car to a tire shop before they closed for the holiday. Percival went out of his way to get my car loaded and towed to the tire shop minutes before they closed. He went above and beyond to help us and I would like him to be recognized. He most definitely makes your company stand out!
