My kids have been there for 9 years. Dr Dalton and staff are the reason. They show compassion and explain things to help with understanding. However, Teach your front “office” staff how to handle customer service and to not be RUDE. This is what makes patients and families wants to leave an office. Poor customer service at your front office does not benefit you and doesn’t look good on you. As after nine years I am almost ready to seize my kids is Denis office from dealing with rude staff. If somebody doesn’t understand something then please explain the reasoning behind it. I learned more from my insurance company versus talking to the front office staff who abruptly hung up on me this morning. Hell I work in a hospital and I even have to be nice even when I’m you being yelled at and screamed at, all of the while I have to sit there with a smile on my face and take it and then explain in detail how things are happening and why.
