I highly recommend Kingwood Cleaners! Paul is a hardworking young man who goes beyond expectations to deliver outstanding customer service. This is a family owned business, not a chain or franchise. You'll find Paul there 6 days a week, open to close (they are closed on Sunday, which is nice to see these days).
This family owned cleaners really came through for us. My son had an interview that he needed to wear his uniform to and we didn’t realize that all the same day cleaners in Kingwood couldn’t actually provide same day dry cleaning on a Saturday. My son’s interview was scheduled for 2 days later — Monday, but all the other cleaners said they would not be able to get his uniform back to us until Monday afternoon. The owner’s son at Kingwood Cleaners promised to personally make sure that he would have the uniform ready by 9 am on Monday. This level of customer service is so lacking for so many businesses. Kingwood Cleaners has our business for life now.
