You can't do business without problems arising, and I've said for years that customer service is about resolution! Case in Point - I ordered mulch from a local small business called Dirt Cheap Mulch. Knowing the delivery schedule would be full i requested delivery a week out and they agreed to delivery today 5/12 between 8 and 9 AM. This morning I get a call at 8:45 saying they've had driver problems and its going to be another hour and a half. I was polite but told them I had many commitments today which is why I scheduled the delivery a week ago. The guy told me let me call you back in 20 minutes and see what i can do. 25 minutes later there was a truck in my driveway. And that my friends is resolution at its finest, and hence good customer service.
