Sun auto in my experience is an outstanding and fair business, incredibly friendly and kind professionals, not afraid of the tuff jobs , this is a place where the impossible is possible and were your vehicle will once again be dependable, THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR GREAT WORK!

Had this shop do an alignment for me. They did a great job. Ethan Steinhauser was my service advisor. He was very professional and helpful. He spoke to me about other issues that could need some attention down the road, which was helpful. I really think Ethan would be a great Manager of this Shop, or another shop. Aaron Willie, the current manager, was grouchy--not very welcoming.

Today, 12/24/25, I went in last minute for an emissions test. Initially, I was going to go to Jiffy lube but they were closed. So I looked up the next best place, which was Sun Auto. When I looked inside, it looked so busy, I was going to leave. So I sat in my truck and called Take 5 and the person on the phone was so extremely rude that i decided not to go.
So as I was sitting in the parking lot, I decided to call to see how busy they were inside of Sun Auto. The young man that answered the phone was very kind and patient.He put me on hold while he checked with his manager to see if they could fit me in.
