I had a wonderful experience working with Shantel, the treatment plan coordinator at this office. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient in explaining all my options. I really appreciated how clearly she broke everything down — from the treatment plan itself to the financial details — and made sure I fully understood each step before moving forward.
Shantel also followed up promptly, kept me informed throughout the process, and genuinely made me feel comfortable and confident about my decisions. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with warmth and care. She truly represents the best of what great patient service should be.

OUTSTANDING experience!! I have never been to a dentist more thorough! They pointed out things and how to fix them that I feel my last dentist missed. Also the lady at the front was AMAZING! I cannot remember her name for the life of me right now (so sorry) but it started with an S! Will be back and I highly recommend!

First impression of the front office was clean. Front staff was warm and welcoming even on the phone while speaking with Chantel. As she was also able to help my husband with a situation from a different dental office mess up that needed urgent attention. Thank you Chantel for your help we got his tooth taken care of.
When I came in for my exam and x-rays the tech was amazing. I could not remember her name. Dr was great.
I returned for a filling as I needed and the same tech that I interacted with me and I told her I was nervous. She sprayed air on the top of my head to distract me from the injection with the numbing medicine. It... read full review
