Cool gym with everything you need to get a good workout in. Came in for a wedding and got a great workout in, the day pass was super reasonable and the guy who helped us out was awesome. Check it out if you’re looking for a chill place to lift
Corey has a determination that’s unmatched! And a customer service rapport that can’t be touched! This is a true genuine man that cares about the product that he’s selling to his customers! Go out and try core fit in Howe or Van Alstyne nutrition! Thank me later!
This is a wonderful gym. The owner is knowledgeable, very kind and helpful. It is open 24 hours so it is easy to go at times where you can practice social distancing. The weight machines are well laid out and well kept. Easy parking, the gym itself clean, and not too noisy. I find it such a pleasant way to exercise.
