“The BEST decision that I made, was using Architectural Fabricators to custom design our beautiful wrought iron fence. I wanted a secure front yard and driveway after recent theft. I also wanted to have a place for our dog to play and for us to visit with neighbors going by. Most importantly we didn’t want this to take away from the curb appeal of our modern house.Jason was so prompt to give me a design after I showed him a picture, and 2 estimates with different options for our driveway gate. The turnaround time was incredibly fast and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was so easy to work with.In the end he built a beautiful gate that fits on our limited driveway space that allows us to park inside or outside of it. He modified it so my puppy couldn’t squeeze and escape, AND it’s absolutely Beautiful!!!! I love it! It looks like it has always been a part of our house. We get so many compliments on it. “Went from a "Harry Potter Dark Forest" bunch of horrible roots and a dying huge pine tree and no sun reaching the lawns...to a beautifully landscaped front and back yard. Took down 2 huge trees, trimmed the others really nicely, ground both the stumps and literally 1500 Sq feet of exposed roots, installed yards of topsoil, new St. Augustine Sod (fresh from the Sod farm, not Lowe's or Home Depot builder-grade) front & back, then redesigned and built really nice front flowerbeds and a tree ring. The men were terrific people, hard-working, responsive, professional, and were happy to do a great job. William is also licensed and fully insured, but the way his guys dropped those trees was so good and safe nothing was ever in danger. I highly recommend William's Tree Service. Also, his Estimate was right from the get-go and much less than the others I obtained. I hope anyone considering tree work and great landscaping gives them a call. “I am often skeptical of positive reviews. This makes it a challenge for me to write one. I needed to replace a wooden fence with a metal one. I had no room for error since one part of the fence was against my house and the other against a gate. I sent measurements and requested a quote. I liked the quote but when Agustin came out he corrected my measurements.They installed the posts then came out and finished the fence. It fit like a glove. Agustin told me that the crew on my job had been with him for 20 years. These guys are old school. They do it one time and do it right. Oh, one more thing. “I worked with Kamren for our fence needs in Utah. He was very professional and provided the expertise/knowledge we required. We had them build a 3 rail ranch style fence and added 2x4 inch wire to keep the dog in. We used 6x6 posts and 2x6 rails. This was built strong and looks fantastic. They kept the lines straight and the fence level. I was very impressed with the two gates they provided. The frame was a light weight metal with the 2x6 rails attached. The gate is very light/strong and I don't expect it to ever sag. Kamren made sure this project met my needs and followed his detailed notes that we discussed. I am very happy with how it turned out.
