I picked XPEL Houston for tint and later for all front PPF on my Tesla Model Y Juniper. Their service is excellent and the work was performed on time and handled professionally by the front desk. For the PPF job, other than few air bubbles and slightly open edges on one of the fenders and bumper the quality of the install could be considered above average but not spotless. I sent some pictures of the air bubbles and got an immediate response saying that those bubbles should go away soon. I see the size of the bubbles getting much smaller after 48 hours on the paint but those on the headlight are apparently still the same size. I recently visited XPEL Houston to have my Tesla tinted after booking an appointment based on Tesla's recommendation. Initially, I only planned to tint the sides and back windows. However, after seeing the excellent work they did, I decided to have the windshield tinted as well.
This is where my experience truly went above and beyond. After working on the windshield for two hours, the store manager called me over to show me an issue they had discovered inside the glass. Instead of simply handing the car back to me, they made the decision to remove the entire tint and return the car until Tesla could fix the issue.
