I've only ever left a few reviews but Wycliffe deserves my time to leave this review. So....had to slam on my brakes on the toll way just north of I-10....something wasn't right when I started going again...and I could smell a burning smell and could feel a drag on the truck .. .got off the freeway..pulled into nearest auto repair place (which was Wycliffe)..they diagnosed the problem/ showed me the damaged parts and started on my repair right away even though they were busy...they knew I was 45 miles from where I live. I appreciate the way they treated me and the honest job they did...I wish they were where I live. I would have them take care of all my vehicles. It's stressful to have car trouble far from home. Thank you Wycliffe for what you did.
After being scammed by the McGill Toyota dealership, my experience with Wycliffe Automotive, Julian and his team, was a breath of fresh air. I could tell by my initial phone call with Julian that I made the right call. He was knowledgeable and friendly even before I brought my car in. On Saturday morning, I dropped my car off after a quick conversation about the problem. In 2 hours my car was repaired and I had saved 1000 dollars and had peace of mind about my vehicle. Julian was friendly, constantly communicated updates, and even sent me photo evidence so that I could get my money back from the dealership. THANK YOU, from a single female that needed an advocate.
