I absolutely love this place!! ALL the ladies are super sweet and friendly. Everyone is very helpful and answers any questions you have, even if they're helping me that day or not. Excellent customer service!!! I go to Yolanda for my waxing needs and she also took care of my microshading. Without a hesitation I trust her with my brows and that's a big thing for me to say. She's always making sure you're comfortable and always asking your opinions to see if there is anything additional you want to fix or not before sending you home. She loves what she does and is proud of her work...and it is hard to find someone in the beauty industry with both qualities. I'm glad I found her and I'm glad for finding this place. Earlier this week I went in for an appointment to get my brows/face waxed and Yolanda helped me get that boost I needed to get lash extensions for my very first time for my birthday. The next day I went in for my lash appointment and I was a bit nervous, but ,Khanh, my lash tech made me feel at ease. She was super sweet and very informative. I was always unsure of getting my lashes done since I was afraid they would look extremely fake (I love more of a natural/soft glam look). However, Khanh was able to achieve that perfect look for me and I am absolutely in love with my lashes! Now with my wax and lashes, I feel so confident and beautiful for my birthday!!! Even without makeup! ❤ Thanks ladies for everything you girls do always!!
Sara is the best! I have been getting my lashes done for the last 6 months or so and have no complaints. My lashes always look full and very natural (I get the classics). She makes me feel welcome and takes her time. Her work is very professional, clean, and detail oriented. I was always skeptical about getting lashes but I'm SO happy that I did. I started off with a lash lift/tint and then wanted to try extensions. I always recommend Sara because I know she goes above and beyond for her clients :)
I was feeling so insecure after I had a traumatizing event happen to me and my lashes at another place that left my lashes sparse and weak. There were actual gaps in my lashes but Sophia assured me she could help me and she so did! She took the time to talk me through everything and was able to figure out a way to make my lashes even on both sides. Not only do they look awesome, they’re so natural looking (exactly what I wanted) I could scream! Thanks Sophia for giving me my confidence back!!! Go here! You won’t regret it!
