They have the best customer service and make me feel comfortable. When you walk into a collision center, you are emotionally fragile and anxious. However, I was reassured by their gentle care and service advisor. He was very professional, and knowledgeable and explained every detail and process. Hopefully, you won't have to go to a collision center to get your car fixed, but if you have to, go to this company.
I can't say enough good things about Westside Collision Center. Honest, timely, good communication. They are fast, friendly and professional. The fixing process was perfect, and their work looked neat and clean as well.
