I really enjoyed going to this salon, I don't like going to Visible changes because they're scissor happy and don't listen to what I want. Viv however was very professional, warm, genuine and kind. She listened to what I wanted and left my hair feeling healthy and split-end free! The prices were great along with the clean environment, will definitely recommend this place to others. She also answered a few of my hair questions that I had and was very knowledgeable.

Ms. Viv - is a true professional. It's more to hair care than style. She is proficient in her skills and knowledge about hair health! Without healthy hair, the style doesn't matter! I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. She has never let me down. Even when she saved me from a bad decision (haircut I would regret). LOL. and she was right!

Viv was recommended to me about 9 months ago and I cannot imagine going anywhere else now. I have a distinctive pixie cut but i'm bi-racial so have curly and kinky hair. The first visit, I showed Viv a photo of what my hair should look like when its cut well and Viv had no problem getting straight to it. She is open to your suggestions and listens attentively to what her customers want. She exceeded my expectations after being told by friends how good she is. The building is a little outdated but don't judge a book by its cover because Viv has all necessary equipment and can accommodate almost anyone.
