Receptionists were extremely friendly and quick to greet you. Dr. Matthew was attentive, took her time with me and asked the right questions to determine the cause of my heel pain. Treatment plan is written down and given to patient which is appreciated because we won’t remember everything from office visit.
Injured my foot this Saturday. Called Vital Podiatry on Monday and they were able to see me same day! Very simple check in process, pricing was beyond fair, staff was nice/helpful, and Doctor was friendly and explained things clearly. No overcomplicating - I loved the experience here. Even though my circumstances weren’t the best - they provided the best outcome I could have hoped for.
Vital Podiatry, Dr. Tai , is great to help with issues. I have been going to him for about a year now, and very, very pleased with him and his staff. Everyone there is pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend him.
