Went here twice, first time I got feed ins they were horrible and I told her I didn’t like them but I didn’t have time to sit for her to redo them. My family even told me that they didn’t like them. I gave another chance with Knottles box braids and they definitely had knots. She says she won’t do my hair anymore because I complain. She don’t have to worry about me any more! I should have known when I seen that her shop is always empty

I was told about this braiding shop by a close friend and decided to try them out. Very unprofessional and poor communication. I tried calling to book an appointment and the phone line was not in service. So I texted the number of one of the braiders that did my friends hair and received a response. I booked my appointment and confirmed the date and time.the day of my appointment I arrived a few minutes early just to arrive at a shop that was not open. The doors were locked (like a master lock, locked). I texted the braider to inform her that I had arrived at the shop…no response. I called the braider…no response.
