First, everyone at VIP is excellent. Whether you’re a long-time customer or first-time walk-in, you get treated like an old friend. The service I had from Tracy yesterday 5-star worthy. I had a nail that the gel got a little scuffed and I wanted to come get it fixed before Easter. One thing I love about VIP is that if something gets damaged or messed up within a week, they will fix it for you. Tracy went above and beyond to make sure all of my nails were perfect!
First time ever there to VIP. Alan was extremely nice. I went in for a refill on acrylic nails. My nails that were done previously by another place left then sooo thick and way too wide and they looked extremely fake ?. After Alan got finished I was extremely satisfied!
Ariana is my girl! She’s always amazing! She does well on the massage (that’s coming from a massage therapist), she’s gentle with the trimming and great with details and designs! ?
