While I hate having to get maintenance work done on my car (as do most people, am I right?!), I absolutely LOVE Vic Big 10 Tire! Thanks to a recommendation by my friend, Kevin, I have had amazing experiences with taking both mine and my husband's cars here for random repairs. They are very honest and reliable. The first reason for coming here was the check engine light that was on in my Nissan. It's been a constant issue for years - randomly turning on and off. It ended up being two different problems, both were quickly resolved and the price left my wallet feeling relieved! Then our Honda started having some problems and we immediately brought it in for them to assess. Again, they quickly resolved the issues and it didn't cost an arm and leg to fix. Additionally, I'm happy to report that they focused on the issue at hand WITHOUT digging around trying to find something else to do to the car that would cost more money. At other mechanic shops, I feel like I'm always being told "this is how we can fix the current problem AND you need to also do xyz more". Not here!!! I felt so much more comfortable with leaving our cars with them because of their dedication to focusing on the current issue without trying to pressure me into giving them more work (meaning more $$$). What's more, Marcia was so friendly and polite! Very easy to work with, which made the whole experience that much better. THANK YOU, Vic Big 10 Tire team, for all of your hard work!!! Had new tires and check front alignment on 2015 misubishi outlander. Plus I have had other work done there like ac, brake job and front end repair on trucks I own. They do great work at reasonable prices.
Gotta say , I've been to a lot of different tire shops ..this is my go to from now on ! Hands down such an amazing atmosphere, great happy vibes , and amazing customer service ! I will bring my business to them all the time and recommend them as much as I can ! Went there for a tire replacement and it was fast , easy and great price ! The lady in the office (I will leave her name out ) but she is hands down such an amazing person , and definitely what made me feel more at ease on bringing my business here . I'm sure you'll read this and I just wanna say thank you ! You are truly amazing and such a great people person ! You're doing a fantastic job Thank you ! See y'all in the future for my other tires !
