They make decisions on VA claims without having current diagnosis and causes. I filed headaches seconday to my tinnitus. Had a 2 minute call told the PA my symptoms said tinnitus was intense before and during. Submitted strong nexus, personal statement, and was denied under TERA... I didn't claim chemical exposure at all. The psychological examination was worse. They care zero percent about veterans.

Don't know why they bother having an all day call center when you only suffer back to back code reds at nightThat's why so many people quit on the spot with so much burn out literally every day

As a disabled veteran who has been fighting with the VA for over 13 years to receive a rating for injuries incurred during my term of service, I have had to deal with this company on three different occasions as it relates to compensation and pension exams for said ratings. They portray themselves as an expediting company contracted by the VA, which is laughable to me considering the amount of time one has to wait just to see a doctor, let alone an exam.On each occasion, they have called me and told me that they had made an appointment for me.
