However, there are still concerns about appointment scheduling, with reports of difficulty reaching the office by phone or getting responses to online requests. My PCP is Kaila Saxe, NP and she is amazing. I feel so fortunate to have found her. She listens, never hurries you, and makes great suggestions. She is so down to earth and so very knowledgeable. This is the first caregiver that I've had that I actually find myself looking forward to my appointment. I consider finding her a gift. 😇
