After many months of dealing with several repair technicians sent by the home warranty company to repair a built-in refrigerator, decided to find my own provider and selected Uptown Appliance Repair (Dallas) based on online reviews. As a first time customer, must say that I would not hesitate to use UAR again. They sent out a technician the next day who was able to diagnose the problem and set out a plan to remedy (which included repairing damage caused by the providers sent by home warranty company). Special props to Carlos Martinez (UAR technician) for his professionalism, promptness, courtesy and thoroughness. Great service at a fair price!

UPDATE on my review below - I spoke with the owner of the company this morning regarding the service I received. He truly apologized and stated that this was a one-off situation. He assured me that Uptown Appliance Repair stands behind it's professional service, it's people and customers. After our conversation, I will keep Uptown Appliance Repair in mind for any future appliance issues that arise. I believe that mistakes can happen and that, as long as we make an effort to correct and move foward, everything will work out for the best.
