Carl is awesome. I called about charging port on iPhone, Carl was professional and delight to speak with on phone. He greeted me upon arrival at store and was quick to troubleshoot problem also gave update while he stepped away from counter. It only took about 15-20 minutes total and I was on my way able to use my iPhone again and access all my photos that I thought I lost forever. I highly recommend visiting this location especially if your AppleCare has expired. Thank you for the excellent customer service Carl.
