I went to see Dan at TX Computers who said please leave it and i will diagnosis it. There was is no charge for diagnosis but just charges for his labor and parts to fix.
i went back and found he had it up and running on the workbench. he was performing some simple diagnosis like disconnecting data drives to see if they might be a problem.

Texas computers is a fantastic place. I bought a pre-built gaming PC that I wanted to have an extra terabyte of SSD put in, and it was no problem. The job was finished within the day with no complications.
When I called on the phone the customer service was excellent and very friendly, helping me feel comfortable with my decision to bring my gaming PC to the store.
10/10 would recommend anyone to bring their computers or laptops up for repairs.
