Didn't know what to expect and needed my laptop to be fixed. Dan took his time answering ALL of my questions, explaining the computers and we are very pleased. Purchased a HP laptop that had all the bella and whistles with a great warranty. EXCELLENT customer service and pricing. We will definitely be returning with our other computers.
