I would have given a "5", however, I did not meet with the tech after the first treatment (not sure it's part of the routine), to go over some aspects of my lawn and treatment program. The treatment is working as I see some weeds dying in most of the lawn. I have a question regarding these other smaller areas.

Joey T was the best tech I've ever had. He answered all my questions politely. I will listen to advice he gave me about weeds. Would like for Joey to keep coming to my house for the rest of the year.
