Great company from start to finish. Laura has a super team. They fought for us and won our claim! It shouldn’t be so hard to get a roof approved, but it is and you need someone experienced in the process, so you get the results you deserve.
We had a difficult insurance claim that took a year to work thru. TrueWorks was there assisting the entire time. Great professional staff from top down. Roof is now installed and looks great and functions well. They did a fantastic job! Highly recommend TrueWorks.
Prep process was great. We had to have the roof done as part of the house buying process. The team was super helpful through quote, scheduling and even color selection. The crew day of communicated well and were super tidy. Even the neighbors were impressed, which mattered as we are new here! Thank you to the full team
