The stress of picking out a pool builder was incredible. Meeting with 3 contractors and searching out reviews was essential. When we met Paul from Tropic Pools, it was like a breath of fresh air. He explained the whole process from start to finish. He took us around to tile manufactures and gave us his opinion of 35 years experience. He was with us for every step of the pool build. His crews are so outstanding and very customer friendly. His price was inline with others but his hand holding throughout the process was incredible. Paul and his team did a wonderful job of remodeling and remodernizing our swimming pool and back yard. What made us decide to go with TPH was the great advice and recommendations that Paul gave us during the initial consultations. He comments always made sense and he has very pragmatic and efficient approach to the work. His work planning was very impressive and the teams were organized, skilled and tidy. Overall a great job!
