Perfect until move out. If these people tell you that they will take your deposit for trade of one month of move out fee which is 2 months with 60 days notice. I put the 60 days notice and was told by my lease officer if I pay my last month with a one month move out fee that all I would owe is the damages and trash removal. That wasn’t the case and now they are going to trap me into collections after moving out of the state for work.

Just remember companies like this are why people can't afford homes today. They buy up all of the starter homes, and then rent them out, preventing average Americans from ever being able to purchase their first home.

Brenda C… ask for her!!! She’s patient, empathetic, shows that she cares about her job and company! She’s very knowledgeable and remains the same no matter what time or day you speak to her. My parents are elderly and she interacted in such a way that gave me great relief. I know they are in great hands with her. Ask for her, she’s on the sales floor
