I have been going to Thompson Dental for a couple of years, and have been satisfied with them. However, this past weekend, I broke a tooth. I called their office and discovered they had an emergency line. I called and left a message, and Dr. Trey Thompson called me back. We discussed the state of my tooth, and he made an appointment for me for Monday morning at 9 am. I went in and got a temporary crown, soon to be permanent crown. It was my first one, and wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. If I was going to break a tooth, this was the least traumatic way. I was so thankful that Thompson Dental made it as stress-free as possible.
I can't say enough great things about my experience with Drs. Trey and Heather Thompson and the entire team! What can you expect? You will feel welcomed and cared for and the office is modern, spotless, and runs efficiently—no long wait times, which I truly appreciate.
Dr. Thompson is fantastic...he took the time to explain every part of my procedure, making sure I was comfortable and understood all my options.
