⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been going to Trans Nails for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about this place, especially my nail tech, Vivian. Her attention to detail is absolutely fantastic and she is great at nail art, shape and designs! She takes her time to make sure every nail is perfect, and I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied.
The prices are affordable and fair, which is a huge plus. They also offer complimentary water and sodas, which is a nice touch. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and they usually have great availability. Plus, the front door parking is super convenient.

However, the shape is uneven, the polish is bulky and not neat, the nails applied were too small and there are chunks of acrylic under the nail bed. I know they have the potential to do better but I felt like my nails were rushed.
Update: After explaining the issues, she was very kind and worked after hours to fix it as I was leaving Houston the next day. For that, I’d say they have great customer service, which is very important for business.

I have been coming to tran's nail place for many years I always have been happy with the nail service they provide I always use the same lady ! Because she is experienced and do a great job.
