We had a fantastic experience with Titanhomes. One of the standout features of our new home is the vaulted ceiling—it adds such a sense of space and character, giving the entire home a warm, open feel that's hard to find. The design overall is absolutely beautiful and really sets the home apart from others on the market.
What impressed us even more was their customer service. A lot of people worry that once the sale is done, builders disappear—but that wasn’t the case here. Simply love the design and location of my new home. I’ve been in the home for about six months and feel home is extremely well built.Given some building delays during construction and my interest rate about to expire, I had to close on house with several items yet to be completed. I cannot say enough great things about the Construction Manager, Pete Sansiviero. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful in getting all the items complete and making sure I was happy with them. His customer service and focus are outstanding. The entire Titan team made my buying process so easy! Everyone was professional and courteous. I did have to wait a little past my original closing day due to construction not being complete, but everyone was very helpful with this extension. I love my brand new home :)
