I have had nothing but a great experience with Tide, located in Summerwood. The young lady who works at the counter is AMAZING!!!! She is super friendly and goes above and beyond for customers, and I appreciate all of her efforts. This young lady needs a promotion and a raise.

I think my service lady’s name was Ninfa, I LOVE HER!! She took the time to ask my son questions about his pants, starched, etc. She was so kind, she’s very easy to talk too as well. She is so relatable too, we had a quick chitchat about our kids and we laughed. I hope I see her every time I drop off my son’s pants from now on!!

Outstanding customer service at Summerwood location. Representative was very polite and professional. App is easy to navigate and very user friendly. Service is pricey but affordable with coupons.
