I can’t say enough wonderful things about Thrive in the Heights. The entire team takes such great care of Ronnie and they are compassionate, attentive, and always take the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I also love the community events they host, especially the Valentine’s Day and Halloween events, which were both thoughtfully planned and so much fun. It truly shows how much they care about their clients and the community, and my dog and I are so grateful to have found them.
Dr. Kevin was incredibly helpful with my cats ruptured anal gland. He listened to all my concerns and was never condescending and never made me feel like I didn’t know what was I talking about. He did a day off sedation to clean everything out and was very transparent with everything going on with her. She had a probably mass that he suggested we wait to send samples out to pathology so that I didn’t spend more money for something that wasn’t a confirmed issue yet. I was quoted more than what I actually paid so there was no sticker shock on the bill for my visit. I will definitely be making this my cats regular clinic.
